How Support Works

Welcome to our comprehensive support system! This document will guide you on how to get the help you need efficiently through our support channels.

Important Notice: From January 21, 2025, whether you want to speak to AI, an Agent, submit a ticket, or schedule a support Zoom call, all these actions must be initiated via live chat.

1. Live Chat Support

Our live chat is the primary channel for support. Here's how it works:

AI Support

  • Availability: AI support is available 24/7.
  • How to Use: Initiate a conversation with our AI in the live chat for instant answers and assistance.

Human Support

  • Availability: Human agents are also available 24/7.
  • How to Connect: Simply type one of the following commands in the live chat:
    • "Transfer me to an agent"
    • "Connect me with a human agent"
  • Response Time: A human agent will be with you within minutes to assist with your issue.

2. Resolving Your Issues

You have several options to get your issues resolved:

Direct Resolution

  • Most issues can be fixed directly through live chat by either AI or a human agent.

Submit a Ticket

  • If your issue requires further investigation, you can ask in the live chat to "submit a ticket."
  • The ticket will be created immediately, and our support team will follow up accordingly.

Schedule a Zoom Call

  • For complex or detailed issues, you can request to "schedule a Zoom call with support" directly through live chat.
  • Our team will help arrange a Zoom call at a convenient time for you.

3. Help Desk (Knowledge Base)

Our Help Desk is a self-service knowledge base that contains detailed articles and guides to resolve common issues. You can access it in two ways:

  1. In the Live Chat Widget:
    • Next to the "Support" tab, click on the "Help Desk" option to browse articles and guides.
  2. From Your Account:
    • Navigate to the left-hand menu in your account and select "Help Desk."
